Wine Ventum Xinomavro Red Spanoudis Winery. Ventum Xinomavro Red has a deep ruby color with tile highlights, in the mouth is a wine full of light tannins and soft acidity, aroma of tomato, olive, spices and dark chocolate. It is drunk at 16-18⁰C and is combined with red and white meats, cooked, pasta with red sauce and aged cheeses.
