Wine Rapsani Red Boutaris Winery Vinitus. Rapsani red wine is a PDO wine, and in fact comes from one of the oldest PDO zones in Greece with history and tradition, a place nestled at the foot of Mount Olympus. Rapsani is the result of a unique blend of 3 emblematic varieties, Xinomavro, Krasato and Stavroto. A characteristic element is its blend, where Stavroto and Krasato give aromatic complexity and "tame" the wild Xinomavro, resulting in an interesting wine for the everyday table. It accompanies excellent red meats, poultry, sausages, pizzas with cold meats.
