On the nose is oily and spicy with notes of cooked fruit and spice. The first contact with the palate is fine with intense Demerara sugar, banana chips and nutmeg and having elegant smokers notes and a finish with caramelized sugar and spices. Generally, it is a delicious, delicate rum with a particularly delicate smoky suspicion.
