Wine Menexes Domaine Orange. Menexes Orange is produced 100% from the local variety Vilana and is vinified in a natural way, without the addition of dough. It then matures for 6 months in traditional ceramic jars, receiving batonage at regular intervals and bottled unfiltered. The predominant aromas in wine are those of citrus and mainly aromas of orange. Menexes Orange accompanies excellent fish and white meats. Serving temperature 12-14°C.
