Wine Fantaxometocho White Boutaris Winery. Fantaxometocho is generously fragrant and focuses on a completely floral character of honeysuckle, orange and violet flowers while displaying fruity notes of melon and white peach. Characteristic of the wine is a minerality in the bouquet that gives it extra complexity. Full body, rich, well balanced with high acidity and its alcohol perfectly combined with light minerality. It has a long floral aftertaste. Fantaxometocho is combined with aromatic salads, greens and appetizers, such as dolmadas gialanzi with zucchini flowers and patties of Chania, fish and seafood dishes, such as snails with oatmeal, mussel pilaf and white meats with white sauces, white sauces with sauces, smoked cheeses. Drink at 10-12°C.
