Rum Don Papa Baroko. Don Papa Baroko Rum celebrates the passion and enthusiasm of the rebel and hero Papa Isio, from the island of Negros in the Philippines, who fought for the island's independence. Made from molasses, known as "black gold", the rum is aged for several years in ex-American Bourbon casks at the foot of Mount Kanlaon, before being blended to give it a rich taste. The final blend showcases the spirit of Don Papa, bursting with citrus and vanilla aromas on the nose, while brimming with notes of candied tropical fruit and honey with a long, bold aftertaste of dried raisins and charred oak.
