Wine Black Sheep Rose Lazaridi Nico. A fine wine with a screw cap and a trendy appearance. It is produced at the Makedon Winery in Platanotopos, Kavala. The special vinification of the black sheep rose wine begins with the early harvest of the grapes highlighting the special characteristics of the two varieties Xinomavro and Syrah. Both varieties are harvested at low ripeness, creating a rose wine with a soft color, gentle citrus aromas, herbal notes, strawberry and tomato leaves. In the mouth it has volume thanks to the presence of Syrah but at the same time high acidity thanks to Xinomavro. It goes well with greasy foods, appetizers and salads as well as fresh seasonal fruit. You can even enjoy it on its own as an aperitif. Black Sheep rose has a pleasant and cool aftertaste.
