Rum Ron Zacapa Solera Gran Reserva. Matures at "home above the clouds at 2,300 meters",among tall mountains, active volcanoes and green landscapes. Uses the process of Sistema Solera which relaxes the blend of Reserve Rum different ages and different characters. Produced by honey, not sugar cane molasses. Used, slow ripening process, where the cold air mountain reduces the evaporation of the distillate. Rum was created to celebrate the establishment of Zacapa in Guatemala City.
