Rapsani is the result of a unique blend of 3 emblematic varieties, Xinomavro, Krasato and Stavroto. A characteristic element is its blend, where Stavroto and Krasato give aromatic complexity and "tame" the wild Xinomavro, resulting in an interesting wine for the everyday table.
