Wine Metohi Chromitsas Red Tsantalis Winery. Deep purple color with ruby highlights. Complex aromatic with notes of violet (Limnio) and small red fruits combined with botanical aromatic character of Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich and elegant structure concentrated and ripe tannins, with acidity that gives wine durability and long aftertaste highlighting the taste qualities of the wine. Aromatic return of black pepper and vanilla imparted by American oak. Ideal combination alongside grilled meat, sauce, pasta with rich sauces and yellow cheeses. Proper temperature at 18-20 °C.
