Wine Chateau Motte Maucourt Rouge Red. Grapes from the best parts of the vineyard, carefully selected and harvested with multiple passes, so that they are harvested at optimal ripeness. For this particular cuvée, only the best tanks were selected, with a controlled temperature for about three weeks and at least two recyclings per day. Maturation in new oak barrels for 12 months. Wine with intense aromas of red fruits, round mouth and gentle tannins. Serve immediately after opening at 18°C and goes perfectly with red meat and feathered game.
